TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AFTER WORK CLUB MEMBERSHIP

1. DEFINITIONS "Member" means any person who has signed up for and is using the After Work Club services provided by Intronos Innovation Hub. "Intronos Innovation Hub" or "We" refers to the provider of the After Work Club services. "After Work Club" or "AWC" refers to the service provided by Intronos Partnership, allowing Members to use the tools and equipment during designated hours.

2. MEMBERSHIP PERIOD The membership period is either 3 months or 1 year, as chosen by the Member at the time of sign-up. The Membership is renewed automatically with the same period with any new payment of the membership fee.

3. PAYMENT AND MEMBERSHIP VALIDATION a) Payment: The membership fee must be paid in full before the membership becomes valid. b) Membership Validation: Upon payment of the membership fee, the membership will become active and start on the date chosen during sign-up. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the membership will not activate.

4. USAGE AND AVAILABILITY OF EQUIPMENT a) Availability: The equipment and facilities provided will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. b) Regulation of Equipment Use: Intronos Innovation Hub reserves the right to regulate or limit the use of specific equipment at any time without prior notice.

5. MEMBERSHIP FEES The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment details will be provided separately.

6. USE OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT a) Members are responsible for using the facilities and equipment in a reasonable and responsible manner. b) Intronos Innovation Hub reserves the right to revoke or suspend Membership without notice if a Member is found to be misusing the facilities or equipment.

7. MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION a) Automatic Renewal: The membership will automatically renew at the end of the initial term, unless cancelled in writing by the Member. b) Termination Notice: Intronos Innovation Hub reserves the right to terminate Membership with a minimum notice period of [insert timeframe].

8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION a) Confidentiality: Members are required to maintain confidentiality regarding any confidential information or materials accessed during their membership. b) Data Protection: Intronos Innovation Hub is committed to protecting personal data and will process such data in accordance with applicable laws.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Intronos Innovation Hub shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the After Work Club services, including but not limited to equipment failure, technical issues, or loss of data.

10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

11. AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES Intronos Innovation Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Members are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to any changes upon renewal or continuation of their Membership.
